We spent Rs.10000 for 4 star hotel. But our impression was 1. Late check-in because lack of staff. 2. No service for luggage transfer to room. 3. One of the lifts is making sounds while going to 21st floor. 4. There was an insecticide smell in the room. 5. Even 2 star hotels have better arrangement for breakfast. We are much more cautious while booking hotels from MakeMyTrip.

Poor Stay
Amenities and services were poor quality. The room was not at all worth for the amount spent. Towels were worn out, no basic amenities like slippers etc.

worst breakfast i ever had though the room looks old
Not at the mark breakfast is not that much worthy kindly don’t charge amount which you wont provide.

all amenities were fine, but the charges seems to be pretty high compared to the amenities provided. and also they need to upgrad their resturant as most of items were not available

The location is very central of the town, next to Barakhamba metro station. The stay is very comfortable, neat and clean. Small suggestion, should have plug points nest to beds, for mobile charging.

It always took Half an hour to 1 hours for housekeeping to clean and desperate call. Also they were very late delivering the water as well

Poor Stay
I was very disappointed with my stay at The Hans Hotel. The bathroom was very dirty, and the basin was almost choked. The room size was extremely small and uncomfortable. The breakfast area was cramped and did not feel like what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. In fact, I have stayed at 2-star hotels that were much better in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

Terrible Stay
*Pathetic Experience!* Room service is terrible. They charge for food immediately as if guests are about to run away, and if you want to settle room service bills later, they even ask for a deposit – who does that? The food menu is extremely limited, with only one choice (Punjabi cuisine). If you ask for South Indian food, it’s available only in the morning. Very disappointing!

Poor Stay
I've never been asked for extra details about anyone visiting me especially at this hotel. Today a friend visits me I'm not against it but they seemed rude about it. They said "if she's visiting, i hope she will leave soon" who is the hotel to ask when she will leave? what is this strange attitude? also the hotel rules said that i need to pay for a guest. I said i would pay during check out. They insisted that i go down and make the payment right away. Very insulting. As if i'm going to run away without clearing my bill. They do not understand hospitality.
