I booked hotel for my daughter's swayam exam at lotus builfing.I had nice stay and the hotel is nice.Room is neat and clean.

Neatness is there but it’s not like as it’s been seen in the picture.. bathroom is near but the shower is not proper. Water splashes apart from where we stand. Loved the amenities like swimming pool and bathroom near pool.. I think the TV was kept when the hotel was open..!! It’s that old..!!

Booked by make my trip but they had no awareness about booking and room was not ready also not given room as we booked. Fully hotel depends on japanese embassy. Food is 99. 99% japanese with service.

It was a good staying experience. A good hygiene and well maintained place a must to go location good for japanese peoples

The food menu is too limited options and unnecessarily costly. Looks as if the hotel is meant to serve japanese people only. The restaurant people do not understand english. Also the breakfast was poor. Importantly, they kept doughnuts in the spread (breakfast was complimentary) but they charged 150- for the doughnut. There was no way to understand that the doughnuts were chargeable! if so, they should not have been kept with the complimentary breakfast, in the first place ! very bad experience. I will not recommend it to anyone

Shower holes were almost blocked water was not draining properly free slipper was used one ice cubes are expensive

The hotel has a very decent atmosphere, good food, and good rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there.

It took me to a different world altogether! the avalon is not just for japanese visitors, but anybody who spends a day or two here will be treated to an immersive feeling of japanese order. Also, the japanese restaurant is great!

cleaning was superb swimming cool was fantastic.

hotel is very clean and all staff are friendly co- operative. the best thing is that the hotel is very close to metro station 🙏👍. it's good apportunity to taste japanese food in restaurant. hotel provides swimming pool with hot water in this winter season and also have gymnasium.

I never stayed at this hotel. Can you please refund my credit card you were advertising your hotel at aerocity, but it's miles away from aerocity.

The stay in the hotel and room was good, hygienic and comfortable. But in terms of restaurant, it's not very indian visitor friendly since its a japanese restaurant. They do provide indian options but they are very limited and it's prepared by a japanese chef. The food we ordered did not taste good. The breakfast time is till 10 am, we reached for breakfast around 9 am and we saw that there were leftovers at that time. We had no choice but to have those since we had paid for it. Hence the price paid for the food is not worth it. They need to improve their quality and prioritise all kinds of guests that visit, not only japanese guests. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. P

Room cleanest is good but location of hotel inside area.

The entrance door of the room makes a creaking noise and there are no universal sockets in the room. Water leakage was happened one day from toilet and it made a pond in the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep well at that night because of dripping sounds.
