Location, facilities everything was good

In the amidst of City Center Crowd, A peaceful stay . Rooms are Neat and Clean . Highly Recommended.

Stayed for one night. Overall good experience. Was comforted at Reception by Mr. Santosh with soothing checkin and gave options of selecting rooms. Staff at restaurant and housekeeping, all are courteous. Better option to stay from choices at Karol Baugh. Would recommend as best option to select.

The hotel was decent, rooms were quite small compared to the pictures The bed sheet and towels did not look fresh and bathroom had smell

I am writing this review to help other Customers.Please note following points while booking online - 1) Actual room size is small as compared to room pictures shown while booking. 2) I ordered milk glass and it delivered after 45 minutes and they told that they forgot. 3) The milk tastes like it was powder milk so I didn't consume. I will try to add pictures.

I had an excellent stay at hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided and plus point was location

Location of hotel was nice, ambiencs is also good. Food was good. But the only problem was, the room space area was less as comparison to room charges. The area of room is pretty small. At the same cost they could provide the large room as other hotels with same facilities

Location and property is okay but staffs are unprofessional. They need good traning as the cost does not justify this kind of service

Very close to metro station and Karol Bagh market. Decent size room, but there was no ventilation. Also the lights in the room was inadequate. The person managing the breakfast was rude and one had to wait a long time just to get the required quantity of serving.

Not bad & room was comfortable. The staffs are supportive & coordinated well. They helped me in booking the cab for my travel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Value for money, good place to stay at karol bagh. Food quality was good. Towels provided were not up to mark. It is 2star good property.

The location was very apt as it’s very well connected with metro and imp roads. It’s ideally located to do shopping. The staff is exceptionally good. Aesthetically made hotel and interiors. E a
