Hotel Kingston Park - Karol Bagh

Staffs behavior was amazing, rooms was spacious as well as clean (except bathroom),food also amazing specially morning breakfast.

Room was not the same as shown in the picture Room size was very small Not clean Television was not working

Location is good if you come from the Metro station side. You will doubt your booking if you come from Karolbagh market side. Very close to Karolbagh metro station and Haldiram. Rooms are clean and service is good. Breakfast was provided in the room instead of the buffet but that was ok for us. Full marks to the chef, tasty food. we tried Aloo Parantha, veg sandwich, Puri aloo sabzi, veg choupsey.

kingston hotel is at a good approach.you can stay with your vehicle as parking is available.Staff is coordeal. Room service is excellent. rooms are clean and food is good worth staying.

hotel staff not good they misguided me to catch an auto instead of uber/ola from hotel haldiram nearby. and they informed bike snatchers to snatch a bag from me where they told to catch auto. never try this hotel

Although I booked a deluxe room, the given one was without any window unlike shown in photos and it was just average in size. Ac was noisy the whole time and the fan and ac were slowing down every 15 minutes, which was too disturbing and uncomfortable. The towels given were not clean so I asked to change them. Food was too oily. This was my 2nd stay here with my parents. The earlier stay was decent but this time it's between below average to average. The staff is also not much polite.

Rooms are not as shown in the pictures, it's an old property, but service is good and staff are very friendly and cooperative.

The hotel location is good, close to haldiram.. staff behaviour very rude.. they look towrads you with such contempt.. cleaniliness 2 stars.. and the overall appearance looks shadowy, dull.. the tea though tastes awesome. !!! and tv gets disconnected at 12.01 am.. midnight. ! ac remote doesnt work.. it gets operated from main reception area.. if you have a one plus phone or a phone with IR blaster you can control the Ac.. !

location was good metro station was just 500mt . old property but room & bathroom was clean. staff was well trained & sportive . owner was cool and understand issues I talk to owner for one issue and he solved that. thanks

Property was ok. Not great. Location was not easy to find. Even the google map location was wrong. Food and Service was good. Overall room, though we have taken deluxe was not felt like deluxe or as it was shown in the images.

The reception and service was excellent. The room allotted to us were well cleaned and maintained with all the facilities. The location of the hotel was nearby Karol Bagh metro station and market. So we had easy access to vegetarian food, and commutation was easy. Overall, the experience was good
