    The hotel was far away from the railway station. The destination Delhi was excellent. The location of the hotel was situated in the slum area. It was tough to find out. The hotel outlook was not impressive. The Front Office staff were cooperative we faced few issues with the room and the hotel service. The service of this hotel was responded very late. They made us wait for every service. There were no free cab arrangements for sightseeing. The room was not spacious and it was not comfortable. The bathroom was not kept clean. The bed and the blankets were kept clean. There was a no hot water container inside the room. There was only one common plug for the TV and Fridge. We have to unplug the fridge all the time to use the TV. The breakfast was not delicious and it was not very tasty. They have to improve the taste of the food. We have ordered Vegetarian food and the quality of the food was not up to the mark. The Paratha was not all good. We have opted for room service. The lift was not up to the mark and it was too old. There was no other activities and special arrangements for the senior citizens. They have to improve a lot with the food and service part.

    Service and room facility was nice. Except this the rates are a bit higher. Check-out time should be for 24 hours. Food & ambience are very good. They should improve parking facility. Apart from that its a nice place to stay for family people. Good locality and the market is also near to the hotel.

    It was personal visit for meeting family function. Since now a days flats & homes are small, big family get together becomes difficult hence to overcome I had selected two day stay at Kochar International Hotel. Rooms were well cleaned with clean linen, room service was excellent, food service was up to standard. Reception was very well done. At the counter person was very help full & had arranged transport within short notice. A suggestion that in each room a wall clock & in the wash room shower curtain may be immediately provided. Well kept & wish them to keep it up.

    It's a excellent hotel with good location near Karolbag. The food is excellent, nice ambiance and it is worth staying in this hotel. Room service is also excellent and it is an excellent location with a pleasant atmosphere, I enjoyed my stay here and the rooms are excellent.

    When I travelled to Delhi, I stayed in this hotel. Services were quick and on time. Rooms were neat and clean. However, the location was poor, but the appearance of the hotel was up to the mark. Booking and front office was excellent. Food was tasty. Nothing was available in activities. Delhi is a fine place to visit. I travelled for official work in the month of June last year. It is a recommendable hotel for the visitors.
