The hotel is right in the heart of Karol Bagh shopping center. The front desk (Amish I think) and Babban (operations/ services) are very helpful and customer centric.

There was no hot water because of some boiler issue in the hotel. Photos were good but the actual hotel was poor. Complementary extensions of room were subject to availability. Overall experience was poor.

The hotel is at a central location, in the main karol bagh market. Metro station is at a stone's throw away. It is a very safe area. We were 2 women traveling and we felt very safe in the hotel. The rooms and the washrooms are clean. All the staff are nice. Especially Anshul and Himanshu were very helpful and friendly.

Location is good. As per price it was not at all a luxury accomodstion. Food was moderate. Minimum amenities & service. Should not recommend such accomodation at the tarriff I paid.
