Hotel kyron

Well equipped for safety purpose. They're following proper protocol only thing is bathroom fittings aren't up to the mark. Awesome location. Everything is nearby just beside the main market. Foods from outside is allowed. Tasty foods are available. Service from staff is good and helpful.

Bad experience. No food. No hot water
No hot water in bathroom provided in spite of repetitive requests. There was no room service Worth mentioning. They even charged for the biscuits they have provided in room. Towels that are provided were so dirty. Can't even dare to use those.

Staff is cooperative but service is very slow. Hotel location is good and in City centre. Food is very costly. There didn't provide any water bottle in room. They provided cab. Cabs were good.

I stayed with my wife and daughter for three nights from 04-10-18 to 06-10-18.
No geyser. Bad odder was coming out of AC, so we kept it off. Dinning dishes were unclean. Hotel had a restaurant at the basement. But guests did not frequent it. It is basically a hotel for those who loves drinking alcohol at hotel room, for which a small fridge is provided. Foods were good but costly. The hotel is very difficult to reach with cab in the evening hours. On the positive side, it is near metro station. It is in the Karol bag market place for shopping. Hotel provided a taxi for leaving us at airport at in the morning at 7 am. It provided a extra bad and the room was spacious.

Experience - location- Faciluties details given in my review. Bearable experience. Not a very happy Experience. Staff requires Hisputality Industry Training. Hotel Location should have been on Main Road and not in a dirty you walkable street.

The location is awesome. It is a short walk from metro station. It is located inside a market. 5 stars for the location. Restaurants and clubs are in close proximity. You don't need to travel far for anything.

Was travelling through New Delhi recently with my family of 2 couples and 1 infant. Booking was done through MMT and was very smooth. Good discount was given. No issues with hotel as we checked in very late in the night. Hot meal was provided even as late as 11. 30pm. Requested hotel for late check-out- 2. 00 pm to match my flight timings which was accepted with no extra charges. Very courteous staff. Good manners and helpful as we were travelling with an infant. The hotel arranged for cab for dropping at New Delhi Airport, on very reasonable rates. It was my third stay at Hotel Kyron over the past 2 years. Managerial staff has changed but quality of service remains good. Very good value for money, Especially if you wish to shop in Karol Bag market or Ghaffar market.

Room is of fair size. Washrooms almost clean. Location is little interior part in karol baug. You will need map to search it. Staff is co- operative and friendly. Food in here is fair. Hotel is suitable for budget people and is good for long stay also.

I stayed at Kyron hotel for 3N/4 days. Really nice hotel for family travelers. Location Karol Bagh is good for south Indian (TamilNadu) travelers since the south Indian Hotel Saravana Bhavan is available. The hotel staff have behaved very friendly manner really good experience with Kyron. I would strongly suggest this hotel for Delhi trip with family travelers.

Stay at Kyron was comfortable. Staff were friendly, courteous and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The location is good for Business and medical visitors. Though approach by own vehicle can be demanding during rush hours. Overall a very good budget hotel. We will definitely consider and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Location is very good. Walking distance from Karol Bagh metro station. Room was very good and spacious. Breakfast provided by the hotel is too good. I received zero refund from MMT on cancellation of the room on my next booking

Room was nice and services was also okay. Actually we are there for only one night that's why cant say about anything. Hotel was on middle market location was nice but it's too expensive. Even water was also chargeable.
