The rooms could've been properly cleaned, and the room service also needs to be improved plus the staff behaviour also

The room was very dirty it’s totally different bed sheet is so dirty no atteqates they have ordered dinner they will people charged 250 and they brought ft-om outside of the hotel of rs 100 when i asked why they are taken the order if they dont have tje kitchen they shouting very badly

No maintenance. No proper wash rooms. Water leakage in washroom. Broken lights in room. Very small room given for 4 people stay. Freezer not working. Don't suggest this hotel to any one. Not even rooms having shirt anglers

worst and terrible hotel with high cost offered me, dirty rooms, used towel, poor service. You people given 12 pm check out, they made me to check out at 11 am.

Room allotted under poor maintenance and as promised to upgrade the next day when asked they ordered for immediate check out and i did this first time some after paying for 2 day and property say get out second as i complain. My self respect was hurt badly.

They do not have a restraunt of their own, neither will there be any room service, the people are helpful otherwise, and the area has a lot of places to eat nearby, so food is not a problem, the rooms are good, the shower doesn't work. It is a nice place for a short stay.

Hi team - the room was not provided as per booking. I have book super delux room but they have provided me something else which was terrible and below expectations.

Location of property is good, but they need to work on cleanliness and plumbering as the bed sheets, pillow covers and quilt cover was not properly cleaned and washroom flush also not working properly

This room was booked for my parents. When they reached hotel they were not allotted the room and were told that no room is vacant. Horrible experience.

Three floor building, just next to karol bagh metro station. Rooms were spacious ; cleanliness was there ; food & restaurant is not available in hotel due to recent govt. Orders ; guest are not allowed due to covid protocols. Rest all good.

Water got logged and no cleanliness in the room towels are in very bad position and bed sheet and quilt is also very very old
