Overall it was a good experience! Good staff, liked the complementary breakfast.. good variety food! The location is pretty good at the prime hub of karol bagh near the metro station! And also the hygiene was well maintained! Would love to visit again.. thank you

Location is ok. Upkeep and maintainece is not well. Washroom is outdated and not working well. I can say it not value for money.

Close to karol b hag metro station and clean rooms. Food was also good and reasonably priced. Good for shopping too.

Staff behavior is bad regarding manage r not corporate with the passenger but boy was good bathroom water supply is bad

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. The whole staff was rude right from the reception area to the breakfast area. Rooms have no ac no fan not even a small window. Crowded area. No auto cab reaches the hotel. Had to walk 4-5 kms to get cab/auto. Bathroom condition was so pathetic unhygienic and had stinky foul smell. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. No shampoo soap provided. Also they charge extra 50-60 rupees for just a water bottle which should be included in room booking price. The others rooms are so close to each other that we could hear all the voice from all the other rooms. We immediately booked another hotel and wasted whole money.

Bathroom was not so clean. Location was crowded and there was no access to taxi.

Everything was good except the restroom flush. Even after repeatedly complaining the flush was not repaired till we left.

Clean and neat rooms. Courteous staff. Pleasant stay. Very nice of them to pack the breakfast at 5. 30 in the morning as we checked out very early.

Located in crowded place. Basic dental kit was missing. Tv was not working. In washroom, water was not getting drained out easily.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean. But bit small and without any windows. Hot water supply is not in the evenings. Plz don't book breakfast. There is no buffet offer. This is definitely not a 3 star property. Main entrance is so narrow and in case of fire it's going to be dangerous

The hotel was expensive as per the terrif. The behaviour of the staff was not good and the flush was not working properly. Overall not a good experience.
