Most terrible stay of my life

No! please don't book this hotel ever. My stay was terrible. When I checked in late night, they gave us a room with no fans working. The room was not at all same as in the pictures. The receptionist was not at all concerned about the issue with fan and kept insisting to stay in the same room. After long quarrel with him he gave a different room. This room had the cupboard disected and ready to fall anytime on the person sitting/sleeping on the bed by the side. The washroom was so dirty with stains and hair all around. The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains too. They replaced after complaining about it. At this price I could have got 10x better stay experience. One person also tried to bribe me with free coffee and sandwich and asked me to put a better review. This hotel has a good location but please don't fall for that and book better hotels at the same price.

"Worst experience ever. In 5 days, bed linen was never changed, bathrooms were filthy with stains, and no hygiene was maintained. They didn’t even provide basic drinking water and charged extra for bottles at checkout. Totally unacceptable, not recommended at all."

No proper lights in the coriander. door handles are broken. washrooms are not clean. pillow were filthy. In the Complementary Breakfast we got a thurmus with Coffee and after seeing the thurmus Condition we did not want to have any thing there. it felt like it was never washed.You can go there if you was to sleep for few hours and leave otherwise not recommended.

While the bathroom was clean, a major safety concern was the internal ceiling, which was falling apart in some areas. There were also service delays and no remote for the air conditioner. It was clear that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but these issues impacted my stay. I hope to see these improvements when I return. All things considered, my experience was an average one.

The location is very good. All amenities are nearby. The common area is not maintained enough but room is spacious and clean. Bathrooms need maintenance. Food is tasty. Service is very good. Staff is humble and polite and tried to help as much as they can. Internet is not working. I recommend as a budget stay

Excellent regal property. Staff are exceptionally helpfull. Suggestions: a) More illumination of hotel name and b) name board at vantage point c) kitchen should start early, at least by 6.30 am, so that breakfast can be provided at least by 7 am.
