"Worst experience ever. In 5 days, bed linen was never changed, bathrooms were filthy with stains, and no hygiene was maintained. They didn’t even provide basic drinking water and charged extra for bottles at checkout. Totally unacceptable, not recommended at all."

No proper lights in the coriander. door handles are broken. washrooms are not clean. pillow were filthy. In the Complementary Breakfast we got a thurmus with Coffee and after seeing the thurmus Condition we did not want to have any thing there. it felt like it was never washed.You can go there if you was to sleep for few hours and leave otherwise not recommended.

I recently stayed at the Hotel orchid garden, New Delhi karolbagh and would like to share my experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the modern design.Almost 4km from railway station. One thing that could be improved is [e.g.The Wi-Fi connection / the sound insulation between rooms], but apart from that, everything was fine.

Good and comfortable stay.

Good location,spacious room,clean room. Good for familiy as well as single stay for business tour. Staff behaviour is nice. I got early check in at 9 am.

While the bathroom was clean, a major safety concern was the internal ceiling, which was falling apart in some areas. There were also service delays and no remote for the air conditioner. It was clear that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but these issues impacted my stay. I hope to see these improvements when I return. All things considered, my experience was an average one.

It was a quiet good stay ,room was well maintained and hygiene specially washroom all the amenities were there... staff were quiet helpful ,room services was quick, near to market place and easy for transport.

The location is very good. All amenities are nearby. The common area is not maintained enough but room is spacious and clean. Bathrooms need maintenance. Food is tasty. Service is very good. Staff is humble and polite and tried to help as much as they can. Internet is not working. I recommend as a budget stay

Excellent regal property. Staff are exceptionally helpfull. Suggestions: a) More illumination of hotel name and b) name board at vantage point c) kitchen should start early, at least by 6.30 am, so that breakfast can be provided at least by 7 am.
