Hotel Evergreen Stay

Because of all good reviews I booked the hotel rooms 2 for 5 people and paid the bills online. They called me say I need to pay extra 1000 for third person in the room to which I agreed. I reached there late from Cambodia trip with my elderly family members who have knee problems and other health issues. They gave me rooms on the third floor, the stairs were so narrow and the rooms congested so there was no way my mom and aunts could climb up. There was no lift, they didn’t have rooms on the first floor so in the middle of the night u was stranded and has to look for another hotel. I was asking them to refund 50% but they didn’t.

The Hotel is clean. They have good food menu. Also, the conveyance service is provided by the hotel if requested.

Located just by road side, room was neat and clean (even though bit small) with geyser, friendly staff. Only small issue was no lift in this particular hotel branch. Remaining are fine. It was a good stay.

It's a nice hotel. Clean and we'll maintained. They even served hot dinner in the midnight as i reached hotel by midnight 12. Food was good. Support staff is very good. You can plan your stay without a second thought.

Due to flight delay we checked in very late at night. Checkin and room readiness was excellent. Bed and room is very comfortable. Peaceful place to rest and re energise.

The property's location is very convenient, close to major attractions and business centers. The food was delicious, offering a variety of local and international cuisines that catered to all tastes. The amenities were top-notch.

Excellent hotel very near to delhi airport. Room was very neat & clean with all basic amenities provided. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Very good for transit stay. Hotel is quite far from city which please note.

This property located near the delhi international airport and its amenities are excellent. Their fine dine and hospitality stands head and shoulder than others. Had a great stay.

It's good for business stay. But little overpriced looking to room size. Otherwise it's live so far lobby and restaurant is concerned.

Overall, i had a wonderful stay. The biryani was especially delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

Location is good, rooms are small but self sufficient, bathrooms are cramped for space, service is average but food spread is quoited good. All in all reasonable stay.

The hotel property us good. Plenty of rooms. Good maintenance. But the service request are attended with delays. The food is good. Staff is really helpful and pleasant.
