Good Hospitality Hot aero Home, communicated the friendly staff behaviour and fast services, room is very well clean

Very dirty room and bathroom

They don't provide facilities as written in their advertisement and even the staff asked for the money for reaching your bags in room it's their duty but still then i give him some money.

The hotel is a good place to stay at reasonable rates. There are few dhabas which serve good food. A 250 metre walk will help get lot of autos and other transport. Blu smart cabs really helped.

The property is maintained well and the staffs are helpful with everything. It's located close to the airport.

It was a good and experienced hotel as compared to other hotel in mahipalpur, good parking, well behaved staff.

Overall i don’t know if i can blame the hotel for this issue. The room was actually not available even though i booked on make my trip. We ended up having to stay at another hotel nearby that wasn’t up to the same standards as aero home stay. We couldn’t get the hot water to work and the room was smaller. The room was fine overall but it was not as nice as staying at the actual aero home stay hotel. And i really was looking forward to staying there. Oh well. Next time i will call to make sure they have space.

Terrible. Not satisfied wit make my trip. When i reach hotel room is not available i have to check another another hotel by myself. Poor make my trip service center. Customer call is not working. I didn’t got refund. I will never book hotel from makemytrip

Overall stay was good, surrounding areas were bit dirty but hotel itself was good, spacious, linen to be more clean, friendly staff

Points to improve: doors have wide gap from the floor which causes a lot of outside noise to come in, this should be fixed. One more thing, politeness goes a long way

The rooms were way below average and located in a very shady area. There was no proper entrance, the entrance looked like a construction site. not at all worth it.

There was no room in the property booked so i was taken to other property. The rooms was small. No heating. Poor bed sheet. Not cleaned snd changed. Not recommended at all
