The rooms are nice and clean, in line with the hotel’s star rating. Breakfast is very rich and excellent, with kind and welcoming staff. The hotel is also recommended for its convenient location close to the airport. However, my arrival was quite chaotic and stressful, with a military-style baggage handling system (luggage is scanned and collected all together without guest oversight, so you need to identify your bag only after check-in). The check-in process itself is slow and inefficient — small talk is required even when you are tired and just want to get to your room. A suggestion: data entry could be completed once the guest is already in the room.
