Terrible Stay
This was the worst ever experience I had on a online booking. The hotel was completely different from what we see in the photo. it was very much disgusting. From the lobby to the rooms. even the name of the hotel was different and they told us Stay vista is their web name. After getting in to the rooms real problem started. AC water was leaking into the room, no lights in the bathroom which was dirty too, broken pipes, dusty bed sheets. They changed the rooms twice but problems got worse. After demanding for a cancellation and refund of the booking they shifted us to a nearby Hotel Prithvi Palace and changed our booking to it. That was the only positive thing happened at the end. We got much better decent rooms with comparatively good amenities. But we lost our two hours in all these confusions with this deceptive

excellent stay here
The stay was absolutely wonderful—everything from the service to the room and facilities was flawless. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious.

I had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping team. The services provided were truly excellent — everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. Terrible Stay
The actual hotel name was different from the one shown on your platform. • The room was completely different from what was advertised. • The washroom was filthy and unhygienic. • The AC was non-functional. • The room was infested with mosquitoes and in an overall unlivable condition. I checked out within 30 minutes of check-in and raised a complaint immediately.

Terrible Stay
The image shown of the property is totally different....washroom has broken lock from inside .....washroom has no proper water facilities..sometimes water came ,sometimes not for along time....water taps in the washroom r broken and damaged......wall's wallpaper r damaged....no cleaning in 2 days of stay...staff is good there but the facilities r worst...will avoid from next for stay there.

Great neat and clean property
A good luxurious hotel with great ambiance, well appointed rooms, good services and reasonable food in the buffet but very good A continual food. The location is very prime and the access is excellent Good banquet halls with multiple options as per size.

Improvement Neede
The Bed Was Big But Pillows Are Yellowish And Not Very Much Clean. The AC was good and the fan regulator was not working properly because you adjust the fan speed. I don't know but someone is banging our door around 11 am. Also Repair The Tap Of Shower Because It's Not Working Properly. But In This Budget We Get A Average Experience

Its very very terrible stay.. I ever had in this area.. the hotel staff asked to shift into some another small hotel cum lodge.. telling we dont have any rokm vacant.

Terrible Stay
The location is easy to find but the reception desk is a very small table. No plaster on walls. When you reach the room you have to ask 4 to 5 times for water then you will get drinking water. No bucket in bathroom. The receptionist was very rude and was continuously using the phone. Not interested in doing her work. Worst experience of my life.
