Hotel D Capitol Delhi Airport

Hotel is of poor condition. Looks old, they have tried to renovate, but the rooms looks old, bathroom looks untidy.

Location is in dusty area. During stay of 2 days, kitchen was not functional, so hotel arranged food from outside. Bed qasKing size but matterresses were sagging. Amenities were average. We were told that recently hotel re-started operations after a gap of few months, therefore service standard was on lower side. should check whether hotel offers kettle and ironboard in rooms , then only declare these in details.

Stay is pretty decent comparing the price they charge.. very close to terminal 1 hence useful for flyers

The hotel is good with good amenities and at a good location, as described in the reviews. But I had a strange encounter with the staff who checked us in at the reception. After checking in, he asked for my phone number and he insisted that I should give him the MMT check in OTP that I was about to receive in my phone. I did receive an OTP but it looked like a MMT login OTP. I got suspicious that he is trying to log in to my MMT account on his computer. So I went over to his PC to check. He had my booking open and was trying to redeem some kind of voucher with my login credentials. He was giving very dodgy answers to my questions. The entire thing felt like a scam to me. Being denied the OTP, he asked me to leave with a lot of spite. Since this incident he behaved quite rude. He had confirmed us that breakfast will be available for us in the morning (on payment basis). But in the morning he just denied any breakfast, although the hotel policy says 24x7 kitchen, based on which they don't allow you to order food from outside. Beware of scammers like this if you stay at this hotel. If you catch their scam, they will not be very cooperative.

They charge me extra, 20% on food, that too not mentioned in bills.

The location is perfect: The room is as it appears in the photo, the food is also very tasty, the staff is all like friends, the hotel d capitol is fine in all respects.

I am not happy with customer service given to us. They are not supporting at reception. They are not ready to keep our bags after check-out. Every time they are demanding money to kelp bags in locker and they took additional charges for car service after agreed amount with them. I will not recommended this hotel for customer.

Hotel was good but the services were pathetic and the staff was not courteous. Washroom seems to be used, toilet paper was used, hand wash dispenser was broken, towels they provided was very filthy. Staff was not soft spoken, rather they reply with very weird face expression. Staff also seemed to be rude

Rooms are not well-maintained. Lack of cleanliness is one of the major issues. The food is average.

servise third class The manager's behavior is the worst. I am property owner from manager words staff not supported I would suggest that no traveler should stay in that hotel.
