familyTotal useless hotel. Practically this is not a hotel at all. Very bad experience. No service, no system, you have to wait for more than one hour for a tea. If you highlight anything they will tell you the rate of booking which is very insulting. We were totally dissatisfied with this hotel. It was not expected to us that we will have to face such humiliation after booking a hotel through make my trip. We are just relieved after leaving this hotel booked through make my trip.

1. Temperature of air conditioner was maintained by the management. Even remote control was not available in the room. It was with management. 2. Room was dusty. Not proper cleaned 3.
