The hotel did not respond. No stay and wasted money.

We were denied to check in, they said they don't have our booking information. Even the mmt executive tried to call them but they did not pick the phone.

Rahul is the worst person or the hotel manager i have seen, they demanded extra money, made us wait for 40 mins, rooms are pathetic, worst experience in mmt

Bad smell to entire room, bed, blanket, towels. No tv functioning.

Pathetic hotel, it’s just a gutter within concrete walls, the person who was there for check in, the treatment was vulgar at 1 am in the night, bed was having dirty spots, just 1 plastic chair inside, no ventilation.

Very poor. In-spite of booking and paying for a room i was not allowed a room. Avoid this hotel. Bunch of cheaters

Total useless hotel. Practically this is not a hotel at all. Very bad experience. No service, no system, you have to wait for more than one hour for a tea. If you highlight anything they will tell you the rate of booking which is very insulting. We were totally dissatisfied with this hotel. It was not expected to us that we will have to face such humiliation after booking a hotel through make my trip. We are just relieved after leaving this hotel booked through make my trip.

1. Temperature of air conditioner was maintained by the management. Even remote control was not available in the room. It was with management. 2. Room was dusty. Not proper cleaned 3. Water clogging in the bathroom. 4. Electric sockets, charging points were non functional. 5. Mirror was not nailed, was kept on the floor leaning to a wall. 6. No hangers for cloths

Our stay experience is reasonably good, location of the hotel very good. Courtesy shown by hotel staff is satisfactory.

It's beautiful hotel in peace fully location, staff is friendly, room is clean, behavior like family friends
