They cleaned my room everyday. The morning complimentary breakfast was tasty. I had the night dinner at their restaurant. I truly recommend hotel decent suits

Fantastic hotel! Rooms were spacious, clean and very well–maintained. Staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Location is perfect, close to airport and main attractions. Breakfast quality was also good. Highly recommended for both business and family trips!

My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing and not worth even a single penny. The room hygiene was poor, and the kettle provided was dirty and emitted a foul smell. When I raised this concern with the waiter, Mr. Singh, he responded unprofessionally, stating that we should have booked a 5-star hotel and that “this hotel is like this only,” which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast served was neither fresh nor up to standard. The room itself was unhygienic and had a persistent unpleasant smell, raising serious concerns about overall cleanliness and maintenance. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hospitality upon arrival, staff was very easy to work with. Place looked amazing upon entry and when we got to our room, we were mind blown about how beautiful the rooms looked

very poor , room was very small and lot of usefull things in room and washroom was not there, I have to ask for glass , towel, sleeper, mosquito machine, and food was also very tasteless and skyrocket price , very oily. very bad experience

Service is excellent. Rooms are clean and with best amenities. Would have been better if finger bowls were provided at the breakfast table on request rather than asking to go to the toilet to wash hands! Indian food is to be savoured by hand and not by knife and fork! Overall good hotel with excellent staff.

The room I had booked, I got the room, it was different, the room and the food service were also not good, according to the quality of the food, the food is very expensive

Great experience overall, although this is based on overnight stay only. Happy to stay there next time.

The location is pretty convenient — close to the city center and easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious enough, with all the basics: good Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and a working desk. Nothing fancy, but everything worked, and that’s what mattered. The staff were polite and helpful — check-in was smooth, and they were quick to respond when I asked for extra towels. Breakfast was simple but fresh (think toast, eggs, fruit, coffee). Not a huge spread, but enough to get you started for the day.

First of all, the moment we entered , there was no hospitality or greetings. The facilities in the hotel as well the room services are beyond the terrible situation. The staff are just below unqualified and hired non professional. Food I ordered a grilled sandwich and tea. It's horrible. Then I ordered Biryani , again the same problem. Next day complimentary breakfast is the same problem. Further lift, too much stinking.
