The location is pretty convenient — close to the city center and easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious enough, with all the basics: good Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and a working desk. Nothing fancy, but everything worked, and that’s what mattered. The staff were polite and helpful — check-in was smooth, and they were quick to respond when I asked for extra towels. Breakfast was simple but fresh (think toast, eggs, fruit, coffee). Not a huge spread, but enough to get you started for the day.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Decent Suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location in Mahipalpur is very convenient — close to the airport and easily accessible. Room service was quick and the food was tasty too. Overall, great value for money. Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at Hotel Decent Suites and had a really good experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the basic amenities. Terrible Stay
First of all, the moment we entered , there was no hospitality or greetings. The facilities in the hotel as well the room services are beyond the terrible situation. The staff are just below unqualified and hired non professional. Food I ordered a grilled sandwich and tea. It's horrible. Then I ordered Biryani , again the same problem. Next day complimentary breakfast is the same problem. Further lift, too much stinking.

worst hotel i have ever stayed i
even though i booked the hotel earlier, when i reached there i was given a room in another hotel the room was unclean with a foul smell i was not even given a water bottle

Geyser didn’t work throughout the stay of 3 days where as the room service also not responded on it .. And extended stay for one more day for my friends by paying the rent but the manager refused to continue by taking the rent which was very frustrating...

The key doesn't work, was moving up to the room and down to the reception 3 times everyday to get it working. The showers were bad. Rest everything was Okay-ish. No water given. Dear Yashwanth Sir , Please accept my deepest apologies for the incredibly frustrating experience you described during your stay. I am truly sorry that we failed to provide you with the basic level of comfort and convenience you deserve. I am particularly concerned to hear about the failure of your room key. Having to go back and forth to the reception three times a day to resolve a faulty key is completely unacceptable, stressful, and a significant operational failure on our part. I assure you we are reviewing our key card systems immediately to prevent this from happening to future guests. Furthermore, the issues you noted with the showers and the lack of drinking water are basic failures of service and maintenance. I regret that your room felt like only a "bare minimum" space. That is not the standard we strive for. While we are glad the rest of your stay was "Okay-ish," we understand that major issues like non-working keys and poor showers overshadowed the entire experience. We take your feedback very seriously. I would like to personally address this and discuss how we can make amends for your disappointing visit.
