I came in here regarding a business conference. We booked a couple of rooms to accommodate our corporate guests. Our conference experience was delightful. Great coordination from hotel team. Nice ambience, polite staff. Over-all a good choice for stay and especially for business related conferences.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The moment I entered the room, it felt unclean and had a strong smell of moisture and fungus. The washroom had no running water, the landline was not working, and even the flush was broken. I had to call the staff multiple times at least four before anything was attended to. The pictures shown on the booking platform are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. Even after being shifted to another room, the situation was almost the same. Due to such poor hygiene and maintenance, I had to leave the hotel a day earlier and book another one nearby. I strongly do not recommend staying here it was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Decent hotel near the airport in Mahipalpur. Easily accessible from the main road. Rooms are maintained and everything is available nearby. Service is good and the manager is very cooperative

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring complete comfort. The housekeeping team does an excellent job of keeping everything spotless

It was horrible experience at this hotel. First, we booked an executive room but basic facilities like TV were not working and when we called the staff, they said it's a dummy TV which is only for show. Second, the room was full of cockroaches and despite complaining multiple times, nothing was done. Third, the staff cheated us in room service by charging additional amounts than what was given in the menu in the name of GST. Fourth, when we ordered for fried rice, the staff duped us by giving half the quantity of what was served the previous night. Despite raising the complaints multiple times, the staff at the reception was rude and refused to address any of our concerns. We trusted make my trip for this booking but had a horrible experience with this hotel (Hotel Airport City). We do not recommend this for anyone.
