Good experience stay was good staff was helpful overall good

I booked for November 6th, and after a tiring 14-hour flight, I was shocked to hear from the hotel that they had no room available for me. I had already paid the full amount around 8–10 days before my stay. They offered to transfer me to another hotel, which I had to accept since I had no other option. The alternative provided was OPP Essential Hotel, which was more like a 2-star property — the kettle was dirty, there was a small cockroach in the room, and even the pillows were unclean.

The stay was good but some things were not working properly like geysors , water shank etc

Very terrible experience, please don’t choose this hotel for stay. Worst experience and waste of money

It was an amazing experience. There was only one concern about wc flush was not working. Location is very good. It is at very good Location. It has huge parking space. Staffs are very humble and professional. They provide welcome drink upon check-in which is commendable. Airport is nearby.

Location is Okay, and it's very close to the Airport. only the Hospitality of the Hotel Reception to be improved

1st of all location is not good, its 200 meters away from main road, they mentioned that they have own parking, but actually its shared parking of 2 hotels, the worst thing is, entry of vehicles area is very narrow, you have to wait 1 hour. just to park out your car, drunk people , boys, girls can distrubed your sleep in midnight by shouting & knocking your door.

The room was spotless clean and well furnished, I had a wonderful experience at hotel. the food was delicious breakfast was nice. perfect place to stay

I found the property on make my trip and I visited 4 times on property but there id a major issue of car parking

Value for money hotel in the vicinity of airport, for quick in and out of Delhi Polite and caring staff. Rooms are neat and tidy. 1 Point less for noisy AC and poor bathroom accessories.

Washroom was at very poor condition . Water flow was very slow , shower was not working properly.

Terrible experience right from the checkin Property photos shown in app were not matching with actual room Stinking smell, very suffocating TV, telephone not working. No proper room service

Room are big but lack of facilities like Ac remote .etc No proper food available

food delivery is very slow i wait one and half hour at night i deliver food at 12:45
