Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience at the hotel I recently booked through your platform. The room quality was far below expectations, especially considering the pricing. The washroom was in poor condition, with every water tap either damaged or not functioning properly. Shockingly, the air conditioner was turned off by the hotel for almost 15 hours. When I called to inquire, they sent a staff member who said they would check, and only after that the AC started working again. Additionally, the food quality was extremely poor and did not justify the pricing at all. The only positive aspect was the location of the hotel. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I strongly request you to review this property and take necessary action to ensure such issues do not affect other customers in the future. Looking forward to your response and appropriate resolution.

Very good location with walking distance to the malls. All the staff were very helpful. We were traveling with a baby who threw up a few times at night and we received prompt support with cleaning .The shower was very good with hot water and other amenities. The room was very spacious and there were good views.

Basic infrastructure is OK. it is difficult without knowing Hindi. Hot water is not available in the early morning which is a problem want to go out early

Everything was good. food was really delicious and tasty. The HOTEL location is perfect and staff behaviour was good

Recently I stayed at RTS HOTEL and it was an amazing experience! The rooms were spotless spacious , well maintained , offering great comfort . The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect and close to the major attractions yet peaceful. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and the overall service exceeded my expectations . I definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free and enjoyable stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location, tucked away from the chaos of the street. Staff was very kind and with high attention to details. Room are clean, spacious and charming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at RTS and it was an exceptional experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The Manager bouth he absolutely superb and polite, he guide as very well and spoke very nicely and staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Well done! 10/10.
