I would like to raise a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience at the hotel I recently booked through your platform.
The room quality was far below expectations, especially considering the pricing. The washroom was in poor condition, with every water tap either damaged or not functioning properly. Shockingly, the air conditioner was turned off by the hotel for almost 15 hours. When I called to inquire, they sent a staff member who said they would check, and only after that the AC started working again.
Additionally, the food quality was extremely poor and did not justify the pricing at all. The only positive aspect was the location of the hotel.
Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I strongly request you to review this property and take necessary action to ensure such issues do not affect other customers in the future.
