Worst experience of staying in this hotel rude staff and pathetic food , I paid 100% advance or else I would have changed my hotel. I would not suggest this hotel to any one. I would have give negative rating if that was possible.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

location is very good as far as you are there to shop at kirti nagar. room presentation is very average. My room had just a double bed in the room with a free standing almirah. No table / chair. No luggage rack. No complimentary tea coffee. toilet was small. Banged my head twice on the basin while trying to sit on the wc. Very poor complimentary breakfast options. overall excepting for location, nothing great.

The hotel's location is completely incorrect, making it extremely difficult to find. After multiple calls and searching on Google, I discovered that even the property name was listed incorrectly. Upon arrival, the disappointment only grew—this was not an OYO Townhouse but a random private hotel with leaking washrooms, dirty sheets, and dust everywhere. To make matters worse, provided no real assistance. When I requested a refund, they asked me to email photos, but their response only came after my stay was over. A truly terrible experience—would not recommend!

1. The property manager’s contact details were not provided in the booking receipt. When I called the customer number, it redirected me to OYO customer service, where they refused to share the contact information. 2. Although breakfast was included in my booking, the property manager explicitly stated that since the booking was made through OYO, complimentary breakfast was not included.

Reception Staff was very rude especially Madam ...I. Hospitallity was poor , Room was good . Actually this is a Oyo Town House..so everyone knows what is OYO... (Shower not working properly.) Parking available.. Overall stay experience was ok .. I Remember her name was SIMRAN .

Ok ok for the price, they confuse u with different names, shown in other nearby locations. No hot water provided. Soft skills needs improvement

Mm t said the booking is with breakfast, whereas the hotel denied that third party bookings do not offer breakfast.

The hotel's maintenance is subpar, and nothing gets addressed unless we bring it to their attention. There's no daily cleaning, and bed sheets or towels aren't changed unless we specifically request it.

•room was stinking because of which we changed the room and were not as shown in pictures, terribly maintened •washroom was not good • location on google map given was not same • ⁠left room the very next morning, rooms were suffocating • ⁠bathroom had same exhaust fan touched with another room (room no. 201) • ⁠asked for room spray, they never turned back to give it. we were disappointed so much

It ws great hospitality was good room service and hygine was pleasant.

Do not provide telephone extension and ac remote in the hotel room

Jitender the manager is a horrible person the receptionist himanshu i gave him keys and said not to send anyone to the room for cleaning even then they sent and the cleaning staff room money from my valet. And horrible persons

This was a great place! loved the charming place.

Very bad, rooms are all messed up, bathroom are not working, they dont have any remote for ac also, intercom are ot working, they will not give u water also. Be careful visit on your own risk.
