Nice room heart experience

My pre-arranged accommodation at Kings Plaza was not honored. Instead, I was assigned to the Areotech Hotel, where I encountered unsanitary conditions, substandard food service, and restrictions on outside food delivery. Furthermore, the staff was unprofessional, and a 10% surcharge was applied for the involuntary change of accommodation.

The hospitality was good! the location is also great and safe. Rooms were clean. It's worth the cost.

They did admit me first, and later redirected me to another hotel and charged me an extra 500₹ for the same.

My experience was very bad. The girl standing at the counter there, her language and behaviour was very professional and rude. So please no one should develop on this property.

I didn't stay because when i entered the hotel they refused me to stay saying that we don't accept makemytrip booking

I'm very happy to tell you that it's a very good hotel to stay, very helpful staff, mr. Rajat helps us a lot at front desk, delicious breakfast provided at the restaurant, good hygiene & service maintained, happy to recommended you too visit ones.

Good stay & neat rooms. Bathroom was clean as well. For 4 of us if we they could give two bigger beds would be nice

Water bottle is chargeable although a water bottle is complimentary, still the money has still been taken.
