The receptionist's behaviour was not good. The staff gave us a room, so we started living in it but later they said that you should adjust in another room, we want to give that to other family.

It was a comfortable stay. The room service was quick. Cleanliness in general could have been a little better. But for a budget stay, I have no complaints.

It’s not a hotel to be honest. They will make you feel like it’s your home. The staff is very kind and professional. Hospitality was amazing. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Food is really amazing. I think for the very first time I felt like I paid a way less amount compare to the quality of the services. Amazing place to be. Would highly recommend this hotel.

No breakfast, totally cold food serve, totally poor service, not advisable to stay at this hotel. If you not stay this hotel then i will pay to stay other hotel

staff was well motivated and always ready to help. i ignored things which was not so accurate in room and bathroom all recovered by staff behaviour.. well done team.

Location was very good, near new delhi station and just in front of main road, there were various shops near hotels, availability of vehicles. Hotel food was quite good, lift service was also there, and at last how can i forget about the the rooms and services, rooms were very spacious, clean beds, nice lifting, wooden finish, ac rooms. And the manger and other peoples were very humble, co-operative and friendly. I would surely like to have this hotel while coming next time in delhi

The stay was wonderful and staff are very cooperative and humble. Hotel is situated on good location everything is nearby.

Worst hotel to stay. It so shady. They don't have white lights instead they use yellow lights. Bathroom was untidy. It felt like old hotel. Because haven't repaired their toilets for years. Their main gate of room is of aluminium so no privacy inside the room. Mm t has fake rating of 4. 2. We really got fooled by the rating.
