Hotel Ambience near New Delhi Railway Station

My stay at hotel ambience was awesome.Hospitality of manager and staff was impressive.Ordered breakfast and quantity and quality of food was nice

Hotel room no 102 are best room ever and food are good but veg noddles are not spicy,and hotel staff had very polite behaviour and location are not such a bad

Very high noises coming from the top. Inside the false ceiling and A/c duct has rats and it cries. All time hearing running water sound

We faced a little bit difficulty to find the location, but the stay was awesome. The Office Manager Nadeem, the helping staffs Firoz and Ali all are very helpful, very polite attitude and nice behaviour. The overall review is Excellent, I will prefer this hotel if you want to stay near New Delhi railway station

I recently stayed at a hotel in Delhi and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient, close to markets and public transport. The food was good, though the menu could have more variety. Overall, it’s a nice place for a short and comfortable stay.

I am not comfortable with this hotel the room boy came and asked me if i needed girls for the night, not a discipline hotel at anymore

Very bad service, bad behaviour of hotel manager, no hot water available they give electric rod to make water hot, rooms are not good and no response from hotel staff for any assistance or complaints

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Airport pick-up was reliable, and we experienced a significant delay getting out of the airport after our flight but the driver was still there, no problems. Breakfast was tasty with several options delivered to the room.

Very helpful gentlemen on the front desk. Prompt responses with all messages sent. Helpful with information to explore Delhi. Location is unbelievably quiet, beds super comfy.

It was a terrible stay. Hotel was nearly impossible to track. Food was of inferior quality. They didn't provide anything except a bed and walls. Every other thing was of poor quality. Curtains were not hanging properly we have to use safety pin to avoid light from coming in. Cold water was only there. Commode seat was broken.

Standard double room was just that. Enough space for 2 people with luggage, but not more. No kettle but there was a small fridge and glasses. Downstairs they have a hot water dispenser available if you ask. Everything I would expect from the price, so it was good value for money, especially shared with a group

They showed good images and it's just the opposite. They have no cancellation policy as they just steal your money and don't want to refund as people would run away seeing the hotel condition. The moment i went inside the hotel, it was sticking. Bedsheets were torn. No amenities as mentioned. They are low graded hotel with no facility. In winter, they told that they don't have geyser. Very bad behaviour and don't trust this hotel.

Genuinely horrific terrible experience, room was in worst condition, no maintenance of room, no geaser - we asked for geaser and they offered us emerson rod for warm water only good thing was it was near rk ashram metro station
