This is the worst ever Property we checked in The smell was terrible the rooms were terrible we didn't even stayed we just left the hotel and checked in some other Property.

It’s not safe, the area around is very creepy I checkout in 10mins max ! No refund as well

Although the location is good , near to railway station...the hotel managers are not cooperative. Inspite of paying the full amount in make my trip ...they charged more as added tax... After some heated conversation, they finally agreed not to take it...power went off often too...

dirty rooms and AC is not working

Room was worst...i booked the hotel from make my trip...hotel people alotted me non AC room despite amenities include AC l...moreover, the fan in room was very irriratingly sounded

Food was not fresh Air conditioning was turned off in between for several times

Not worth it. Stayed here for 4 days - the location is great but the staff and service is terrible. Paid for 4 days and the first day they told me AC is not included and you will have to pay 400/night (if you want use AC during the day pay additional 300) Si almost 700 a day extra for an AC. The room and washroom were dirty and were cleaned after request. The towel and soap again very basic were provided after multiple requests. The staff was rude as well. Overall a very disappointing experience. The hotel description on MMT was also misleading

prioerty's location is not good,A.C. was disconnected all the time, we have to tell them to start it again&again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had booked a budget room, and nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that AC would not be included. When I arrived, I was told I’d have to pay an extra ₹300 just to use the AC – something that should have been clearly stated upfront. Even worse, the staff turned off the AC at midnight, claiming that the "room temperature must be cold enough by now." This is completely unacceptable. It was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep in a hot room, especially after paying extra for the AC. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and transparent experience. Spend your money elsewhere

very bad service...not continue electricity....and not provided any towel & shop......and blanket

Room was average.. And it was a bit long from the new delhi railway station and the maintance was average... And cost was some high for that room

There is nothing there in the room no towel, no soap, no sleepers,

I book my room all over changes payment but extra charges payment or air conditioner I feel very bad

that room is so dirty and not good service and owner is so rudely behaviour

Room was pretty small, dirty. There were full of little cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting experience.

It was a very bad experience with an uncomfortable room and so bad fan sound I couldn't explain that sound.... not recommended for any one...
