This is a hotel more than a homestay. location is good but amenities are not up to the mark. So far the food is concern kitchen is not health friendly and it should be renovated. A lift is very much essential so far the amenities is concern. Cleanliness should be maintained more.

A pathetic experience at the DELUXE room!!!

It was terrible experience at the hotel. I was given a DELUXE room where AC was not controlled by the remote and turned off 90% of my stay time!!! Moreover, the toilet was pathetic and there was no hanger at all in the room!!! Can you guys imagine? There was no lift in the hotel and only one staff member!!! Also, my breakfast was included in the booking but no one was bothered to ask me about it or give it! The intercom was also dead!!! I don't know why they are saying the room is DELUXE. I would say the servant quarter is better equipped than it!!! I would suggest anyone to avoid this hotel at any cost. I can't even imagine such a pathetic experience!
