location is in a very convenient distance from New Delhi Airport. All required amenities have been provided. Food quality is good and provided as per our culinary instructions. Moreover, hotel staff are gentle, corporate and sincere.

Great location close to the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms, decent food, and they offer a free drop to the airport. Checks all the boxes.

The Hotel is situated at a good location as it is close by to the Airport. But the hospitality felt average. If we needed help or had requests the hotel staff helped us and the female staff is warm and receptive. The male staff seem uninterested or slow in terms of service. The room is average and okay for a short stay.

Slow in room service and as well as slow front desk. Room was clean. The only problem was with their service which they should improve.

The location was too good and staff was polite in nature. I recommend others to have a visit if you get a chance.

Wifi password doesn't work. Price wasn't worth the room size. Comfortable stay though.

Pathetic experience overal Pathetic service ambiance and overall experience

Location was on the outskirts of New Delhi and close to the airport. This location removed the requirement to travel through the city centre. Although no fault of this hotel, the street connecting the property to other hotels in the area is rather difficult to walk. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom had a cigarette smoke smell, most likely from the exhaust fan. The breakfast was great, but would benefit from a coffee option.

The rooms were okay but the service was pathetic. The room was not even cleaned after the first day we had to call them up after we returned back at 11 PM for the cleaning. Everything was relayed like they had no human resource. Pathetic stay

Very courteous and understanding staff Rooms have no windows which I didn't like. Hence got it changed. Good spread of food and tasty. Service is good. Although I had 2 complimentary pickups and drops they did not call to ask if it was needed.

The location is good, but the food quality is not good, The rooms are clean but the staff service is very slow giving overall 2 star for this property.
