location was good, food was tasty but if you are planning for a long stay the staff is not coming for room cleaning and all even after multiple followups they came after 2 days when you asked them for cleaning

Hotel room was ugliest, once i slept, my body started itching. Unsealed water bottles provided. Food prices were charged more than 5star hotel with service charges. If we ask for bucket we get after multiple calls.

There is no proper staff and there behaviour are very bad and they don't know how to talk. Staff are very rude their behaviour are very bad. The water service also very poor. I was taking bath that time waste went off then i called the hotel person then i told me wait for 5 min but water did not come. Again i called him but he has same answer. I have waited 15 min without waste my soap in my body. This is really horrible experience. I suggest don't go in this hotel the food is not good in their hotel kitchen and they are simply charging service charges if i have asked they told me kitchen has person included that service charges.

Its not a hotel it’s apartments with flats and was very terrible condition, there were no rooms when we reached there they transferred us to a different apartment and gave a dirty room full of mosquitos and unhygienic place no amenities were provided very bad about the hotel which makemytrip has in their listing

The toilet was in poor condition with no water supply. The bedsheets were muddy, and there were hairs all over the floor. The staff was uncooperative and refused to clean. The fan was not working, and the staff was highly unprofessional. The location was terrible and not at all suitable for families. Even though it is close to the airport, it’s a complete waste of money. It’s better to stay at Ibis instead.

Moreover they had the audacity to charge for water bottles, that too at 33 per bottle. I wouldn't stay even if someone paid me to.
