teribble experience at the hotel almati Inn did not provide even the toiletries in the morning and have still not received it . I have been asked to leave the hotel without my consent have charged for water botel while I was not even in the hotel for the two days food is pathetic. had vomits in the morning after eating the omelet very arrogant stuff at the hotel and every single staff does not respect the guest Despite of the fact that I came in the morning from 2 days snd 2 Night out haven't spelt a bit and they continue to me that u checkout the room asap and their guest

I liked Hotel Bright Buzz, most of all the staff here is good and the room was cleaned very neatly, the room service is very good and fast, the room size is big The breakfast was tasty and healthy. The location is on the main road and taxis are also available from here.

Hotel in great location and good value for the price you pay. Rooms have everything needed and it was very spacious. The hotel is in walking distance to the main attractions as well as shopping centers.

The first room was a bit congested and untidy, however they promptly changed to much better room when asked. The service was good, second room was spacious and much clean. Rest breakfast items were a bit limited and not much choices were available, however taste was good, staff is helpful.

I booked the stay at "Bright Buzz," but upon arrival, there was no hotel by that name at the location. After asking locals and calling, I found it operates under a different name—very confusing. The stay itself was not pleasant: the bedsheet was unclean, and the place didn’t feel safe for a solo female traveler. Would not recommend.
