It was my terrible experience. First of all i was not given the room in the same hotel. They gave me room in another hotel. The basic need that is water bottle was not provided at all. I asked them 4-5 times for water bottle but that was for nothing. They said they did not have TV remote.

First of all the name of this hotel is luxury stay not suites, hotel was under some construction work so whenever you go out you have to go through a lot of dust, and second there is no room available which shows in a picture, i had choosen a good room in a picture but got just opposite, but as i was alone so i adjusted, not recommended for people who travel with family or who care about their hygiene.

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the pathetic experience I had at Hotel Luxury Suites, Delhi Airport, First of all, I had booked a Premium Suite with Balcony, but I was not given the room I paid for. Instead, I was dumped into a horrible room with: • No proper water supply, • Dirty pillows and bedsheets, • Uncomfortable, broken bed, • Overall unhygienic and unacceptable conditions. Secondly, the so-called dinner was not even in the hotel itself, but at another hotel. And the food quality was the worst I’ve ever had. Because of that unhygienic food, I even vomited and had to check out early, without even having the breakfast I paid for. To make it worse, the hotel charged me ₹200 as Airport Entry Fee which was never mentioned This is clear misrepresentation. A dirty room, false promises, pathetic service, and food that made me sick I demand a full refund or proper compensation immediately.

Our package included one complimentary airport transfer, but the staff denied this and insisted it would be chargeable. The room was in poor condition, with unhygienic sheets. Towels were not provided initially, and when requested, we were given a disposable, stained one. There was no drinking water in the room, forcing us to buy bottles at inflated prices (₹30 each), which felt like upselling. Any in-room dining orders required instant payment upon delivery, which was very inconvenient. At checkout, a staff member rudely told us we would be charged more if we wanted to extend our stay. When we decided to leave due to the poor hospitality, he shouted offensive remarks such as “hamara nuksan karva diya” and even accused us of lying about our checkout plans. This was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. The room itself was entirely different from what was shown in the photos online, with seepage issues, dampness, and a bad odour. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and far below expectations. We will never recommend this property to anyone. The lack of basic hospitality, hygiene, and respect towards guests makes it unworthy of a stay.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. There is no correlation between the photo and the room. I didn't even get a towel to shower. I paid for the room for 3 days. I just got another room in 2 hours and moved out. I lost my money for 3 days.😡

Cockroaches

There were cockroaches under the beds, people—many cockroaches. I changed rooms twice, and both rooms had them. The towels were super bad, too. They were dirty and left lint all over my body. I had to shower again. I had stayed for four nights, but they still gave me only two 500 ml water bottles to drink. They said there are extra charges for more bottles. Plus, the water from these bottles tasted weird. They gave RO water for free if you have a bottle. The linen was mostly clean, but a few sheets were slightly yellow with a few holes. The AC worked, but leaked a lot of water. They said it was serviced and won’t leak water, but it still leaked a lot. The rooms didn't have dustbins, and trash bags were conveniently kept outside, causing insects to enter. The bathroom had hot water, fortunately. Also had two soaps and two shampoo satchets. The soap was terrible to use; it didn't clean anything. You are better off bringing your own towels and toiletries. The toilets were clean and worked well. The shower was operational too. They took me to a neighboring hotel for breakfast, a minute walk away. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs, sandwiches, parathas, bhature, and bananas were served daily, with one additional dish, like poha or rice, changed daily. The stay would have been decent for the price if there were no cockroaches. The staff was super friendly and quite helpful. But unfortunately, they couldn't help me with the cockroaches. They said some cockroach pesticides were being applied to the walls, but that didn't work for me; I still had many encounters with them. The staff also offered to change my room a few times because of the insects, but all the rooms seemed to have them. Overall 2/5, could rise to 4/5 if they got rid of the cockroaches, or you don't mind them. But you should, they are nasty creatures that spread diseases lol.
