Property was not clean. Everything was old and dirty. No water in the toilet’s commade. Bedsheets had stains. Room wasn’t locking properly. We were there for just few hours still it didn’t feel safe.

⭐ 0/5 – Worst Hotel Experience I stayed at Opo Alpino for 6 days with 2 rooms, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. No dustbins in the rooms. No towels provided. After 2 p.m., no room cleaning service available. The reception manager is very rude – he even asked me for extra money, and when I refused, he told me to checkout immediately. Totally unprofessional management, no service, and very bad behavior. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

soloI stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is great, right on the main road highway. It's suitable for a short-term stay. The room and bathroom were clean, but there are no windows, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The amenities are basic, with just soap and towels provided in the washroom (though you can ask for more if needed. The staff was generally good, although the front desk person in the evening could use some improvement. He didn’t smile or respond much to questions, and though he was well-dressed, he didn’t offer the best service. However, the front desk staff in the morning was much friendlier and greeted me warmly. The area is convenient, with a medical shop, restaurant, garment shop, bar, and 24-hour spa nearby. However, there are many agents standing outside who constantly bother you about spa services, hotel rooms, or other offers, which can be a bit annoying. The area is busy 24/7. Overall, my stay was good for a short-term visit, but i did miss having a heater in the room.

Dirty room, lack of basic cleaning!

The room was dirty, curtains had stains on them. Lots of mosquitoes too ! i had booked the room just for it's close proximity to the airport. Basic cleanliness must be maintained.
