Worst experience i have ever seen in my life , the provider a used/wet towel to me like a shit , and bed sheets was dirty and very old. No dustbin in the washroom no dental kit no telephone working. Plz do not stay in this property untill u don’t have any option.

The stay was booked because it included one-way airport transfer. Inspite of SO MANY TAXIs available, hotel refused the inclusion, forcing the customer to book a taxi on his own

Hotel is near by igi Airport, cab only take 10 mins to drop the hotel hotel located on highway main road Ambience of hotel was very fantastic Rooms have a lots of space, all essential amenities are present, services was so good, Food quality was awesome and divine in taste

My booking was deluxe room on that time they doesn’t have deluxe room then manager upgrade my room to super deluxe room as complimentary & they have various varieties of food available i order breakfast or dinner they serve on time taste of their food was mindblowing, very delicious in taste Everything things are working inside the room like wifi, A/C, Television All amenities are present in the room They also gave a gift to my children due to festive month and children are happy to see there gifts Child friendliness nature of whole staff Whenever i came on delhi i must stay on same hotel also refer to my colleague

My room has a lot of space and so many amenities are present inside the room They provide everything on time, their facilities also top notch very appreciated I order a food it's quality is very fresh and hot, divine in taste Services was on time I VISIT AGAIN THIS HOTEL 😇

The Deluxe room is very small and less space and only single chair for sitting.breakfast is good but dinner thali is very average

The location was great, the food was good, and the room was comfortable and reasonable for the price. However, I was disappointed that the promised 10% discount on food and 20% discount on transportation, as stated in my booking receipt, were not honored. The reason given was a late check-out, for which I had already paid 50% of the room rent. It's not about the amount—it’s about keeping promises. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won't be returning to this hotel.
