Worst stay of my life Property is worst and service is next to worst Construction going on property rooms are completely with dust and rooms are congested and no ventilation on rooms

Location is very poor. The rooms are unclean. There is no lift in the hotel. The power sockets were not even working. I would not suggest anyone to take this hotel.

Very bar experience.. room n service very bad . They don’t have a single door mat in room. Bathroom lock is not working. Full of cockroach inside the almira.

Dirty linen, dirty rooms, no lift, bakwaas food. Only silver lining is they dropped me off at the airport in a believe it or not Ecco Van..

Pathetic hotel Pathetic room Dirty bathroom, towels, bedsheet Bathroom flush didn't work for entire day, asked to get it fixed but they took whole day. Very very bad management, poor rooms , they charge heavily but the room quality is lower than 1 star.

Everything was okay only cleaning required

Big spacious rooms. Big spacious newly refurbished toilets.. The building is old and has no elevator, but it is just 3 flights of stairs so hardly matters. They supply RO water, they have a kitchen which serves decent food At a reasonable price. Check all your apps for a better price on the rooms.. For the price I paid, this room was a steal.

Bed sheets were not clean and no lift facility toilet also was not very neat , staff asked me extra cash for the stay rather than i payed in make my trip and after a bargaining they allowed me to go

Pathetic, the only good point was the service by their staff named Rahul. I have checked in around 3:30 pm and still have to wait for half n hour approx then shifted to a room which had broken toilet and dirty sheets. Complained then changed to other room.... food options were limited for breakfast.

Room didn’t match the pictures seen on the makemytrip website. Rooms were not clean enough and the toilet seat cover was broken. Many other things were promised which were not provided by the hotel. Breakfast options was only one item when many things were written during booking. Completely disappointed from the hotel and makemytrip for promoting a hotel without fact checking in reality.

Property is in residential area, very difficult to reach there. What they shown in photos not at all matched with the actuals.

The breakfast was great with lots of different options, both European or Asian. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful and the pool area was very nice. Beds were huge and very comfy.

Very good stay and Restaurant food quality was excellent. Looking forward to visit again. Special thanks to tarun the Restaurant staff. Overall a very nice stay
