Green Lotus-La Wisteria INN

My overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The washrooms were in a very poor and unhygienic condition, clearly lacking proper maintenance. Other than the location, there is nothing positive to mention. The service was completely unsatisfactory, and the staff displayed unprofessional and indifferent behavior. I would strongly advise against booking this property if you are expecting even a basic standard of comfort and hospitality.

Ac is not cooling very crowd very expansive wrong billing cleaning in room not good condition and Aslo very no exhaust in washroom

The hotel was affordable and exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend

The rooms were not clean. I had to call the housekeeping after I checkin to clean the telephone, shelves, floor. comparing the charges the quality of the room is average

The room was fine, however there were a lot of mosquitoes especially in the bathroom. Towels were very old and not that much clean

Dirty atmosphere, dirty linnens, no hot water, old and un repaired amenities. The geyser was in a dangerous condition. It was overflowing from all sides and hot water was flowing throughout. It could cause shock to a person also. They promised that they will repair it when we go out. But didn’t do. They closed the geyser tap tightly so that we should not use it. This is not a 3 star hotel. Its below standard ordinary hotel. Not worth for the money paid at all.
