Hotel Veer Palace - Near Bhikaji Cama Palace

The rooms are gloomy and unpleasant. Bed sheets are not clean. Hot water only in the morning. Had to change TV 3 times for it to work. Only room service available for food and it's not very good. The only thing worth mentioning is the staff. Very courteous and helpful. Service was quick.

Rooms are not as per shown on website. Cockroaches in room. Towel were torn out. Tap handles are broken. No brush or any other essential accessories provided by hotel. Everything other than water bottle is to purchase.

As a solo woman traveller, they ensured I feel safe, looked after and be of quick service. The reception was on 24x7. A kind gentleman who works there, Mr. Gopi, not only assured me of safety protocols but even called me in the morning before his shift got over to ask me if I slept well. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean bed sheet, clean washroom. If I am to visit Delhi again, this will be my stay for sure!

Below Average hygiene, Found bugs in bed, Unsanitary conditions , Not recommended with this price.

Their behaviour was too good. The hotel rooms were also good at that price, one of the best i could say.

We checked in on 15 th july and checked out on 21 st july .The hotel and room is good 👍.Service is good .Surrounding is nice .Enjoyed rooftop restaurent food ,but it was costly .Prefer to visit again .

HOTEL ROOM WAS TOO SMALL , THERE WAS NO BALCONY , NO ROOM SERVICE . ONLY HOTEL LOCATION WAS GOOD AND AC WORKING FINE

Terrible place to be called a hotel. The place must be removed from the category of hotels and placed in the category of lodging only.

The Hotel was fairly easy to spot while arriving from the airport, the staff were welcoming and warm during the entire check-in & stay duration.

Room service was satisfactory, table and chair was provided as per requested however the cleanliness was not maintained. Kitchen service was satisfactory. A lot of cockroaches were roaming inside room. Hot water wasn't available. Bathroom lock was broken and handle was removed. Staff were very polite.
