Worst experience.

I recently had a very disappointing stay at a hotel. The room was in poor condition from the moment I entered. The flush in the bathroom was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The room itself was dirty, and the towel provided was also stained and unhygienic. There were no hangers available to keep clothes properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the TV remote was missing, so I couldn’t even use the television. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness and essential amenities made the experience unpleasant and far below expectations.

We booked the deluxe room by online and we got the standard room. If you are booking rooms here by online they will cheat and provide low facility rooms so better come here and book. Very low spacious rooms with Poor quality bathrooms also with no hot water . If anyone coming here please note if you are booking standard rooms it’s comes under first floor , deluxe rooms comes under second floor and vice versa. Service was ok- ok.

Room was very small and not as described , no cupboards or hangers, no ventilation , didn't feel comfortable at all , tv didn't work , wifi connectivity sucks. we stayed in 3002, but room was not worthy the amount spent !

We booked 2 rooms in this property. There was so much dust on the side tables, centre table, sofas and even the cabinets were so dirty. No amenities were available, even they charged for drinking water. However at the time of check out they gave us 2 small bottles of water which was of no use. The toilet seats were so dirty but after our request they send the house keeping to clean it. Although the location of the property is good that’s why we booked these rooms.

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable for both work and rest. Actual pics, amenities in hotel and rooms are completely different from your website, while complaining Make my trip that they have published extra ordinary high quality pics and details about them, where as it’s actually not.

Very bad stay, rooms are below averages. Extremely dirty washrooms, No toiletry provided, old style TV. Had to change room thrice. Definitely not worth the price.
