Room was very small and not as described , no cupboards or hangers, no ventilation , didn't feel comfortable at all , tv didn't work , wifi connectivity sucks. we stayed in 3002, but room was not worthy the amount spent !

Dirty rooms, please do the dusting first before check in

We booked 2 rooms in this property. There was so much dust on the side tables, centre table, sofas and even the cabinets were so dirty. No amenities were available, even they charged for drinking water. However at the time of check out they gave us 2 small bottles of water which was of no use. The toilet seats were so dirty but after our request they send the house keeping to clean it. Although the location of the property is good that’s why we booked these rooms.

We were two girls travelling by ourselves so place is located right on hustling highway so it was secure. But room had smell of smoke and not well maintained bathrooms. No Mirror in room. Breakfast place is not within the property. So overall it was an average experience

Stay was cool and great

Spacious room, speedy room service and responsive housekeeping services. Excellent breakfast buffet options and good tasting food. The driver services organized by the hotel for airport pick up and travel around town worked really well. The toiletries provided by the hotel are really amazing!

Wonderful ambience, very polite staff. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, as good as a lunch buffet. The location is superb. The rooms and facilities were really good. Hospitality was awesome.
