Hotel Armani Suites By SMART GROUP

This place is NOT in Aerocity it’s NOT anywhere near to a 4 star or a 3 star as well. Infant i did go till the entrance of the hotel and decided not to stay cos of its shady location. Make my trio should scan the descriptions before making it live cos it’s misleading .

Approaching road is narrow.Rooms are clean and hygienic.

simple word is third class service for more money . if you want to screw your travel happiness pls. visit this hotel for sure.

everything was going good until breakfast ruined our mood and shower was not working properly rooms are not similar to picture

Stayed for travelling, comforting and within reach of the airport so it's good but narrow street makes hard to find the hotel and hard to park own vehicle and hard to get taxi near the hotel. Overall, It'd be better if it's location could easily found.

I was mislead to believe this hotel is in Aero City. This is not acceptable! Location is very bad in small street lanes where sewage water running on the road. Room is good, clean and spacious, staff is fine. Room heater was not working

The hotel was really good from outside, they gave parking facility in house.. there was no problem in check in it was smooth, also the staff was very polite and cooperative however only thing was AC was not working up to the mark it was too hot in room, even they changed room still same problem

it was great experience. all the required amenities were provided. also the services they provided means by the stff is very decent.

The temperature in Delhi was unbearable and the AC of this hotel wasn’t working. We asked them twice to fix it. But they said this is the max we could do. The AC was throwing little cool air but wasn’t cooling the room at all. So we had to pull the mattress down of floor just below ac in order to get some sleep. Also washroom had ashes on the floor. Wasn’t cleaned properly.

The location of the hotel is good but the cost of food is not as good as the price. The staff there was asking for frequent orders and charged double for each activity. Not satisfied with the charges taken from us

We checked in today. Did mmt receive any confirmation from the property that we have checked in today at around 8 pm

The property was worth the money considering the area. The staff were well behaved & even shared the location soon after the booking was made. I didn't use the restaurant/ food so unaware of the food quality.

Hotel staff charged extra things which were not ordered by us. They didn't give us any bills for our orders.

Bad experience. I was charged extra on account if water bottle which i did not use or order at all

The overall stay was good .It needs improvement in these areas 1) There should be coffee maker alongwith ingredients. 2)As it was 4th floor the water pressure in the bathroom was really less which needs to be addressed . Rest everything was good

Hotel Armani Suites Presented really good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located less than 15 mins away from the airport. The property has a lift and staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed in was Large- With conditioned and very clean - It had all amenities including shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, fridge and water - hotwater and a Hair Dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and premises always clean, neat and tidy.

Hotel is really very good, service is good, but needs upgrade, property is good, Price is also good,

Excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was really helpful. Airport pickup was available. Highly recommend.
