Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The washroom was clean, but the only issue was that the room was allotted on the 3rd floor with no lift.

I had booked the hotel with breakfast however when i checked in the hotel said that we will be unable to provide you breakfast because the booking was done at a very low rate. If you want breakfast we will cancel the booking since it was one in the night i made no argument and checked in. In the morning when i asked for breakfast i was denied
