Worse property in filthy place, stinky rooms furniture broken. Poor staff and service

Cheap and dirty hotel. Washroom was not properly clean . Cockroach was everywhere

Please is good, and staffs are of helping nature, we had service 24x7, good hotel, can prefer..

Unhygienic room, cockroaches everywhere, the asked me to check out early at 8 am as i have booked via MakeMyTrip other clients check out time was 21pm they also charged me extra 600 for checking out at 12 pm.

smell at hotel room is not good lift is not available in hotel and they provide room on 3rd floor.....

This hotel is near to Delhi railway station NDLS, walking distance from hotel. I got this property through good rating search in MMT.

Gas geyser was not working and the hotel staff had poor service

Staff at reception was too rude .. we have booked for 3 person but they give arrangements for only 2 person

The hotel is located in Pahar Ganj area (opp New Delhi railway station). The area did not appear to be safe for solo travellers - I witnessed a person being pick pocketed in the area upon entering the lane. The area appeared to be full of shady hotels, bars with bystanders staring at you. On doing Google search and talking to my cab driver, he mentioned this area had instances of red light activities, theft at the night. Also the Hotel is in a very small lane which makes it all the more shady and suspicious. The rooms are extremely small and the bed and cushions are not maintained properly. Even my AC was not working. I would strongly recommend people to avoid booking this place to save some money. I immediately checked out of the property and checked into some other accommodation in CP. I would suggest MakeMyTrip to conduct some diligence before listing properties. I would not expect such a terrible experience from MMT.

The hotel is just 6mins of walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station. Room & Toilet are very clean, beautiful and well interior. Staff behaviour is good.

Rude behaviour, worst service , No lift facility, they also with the customer, don't go by the pictures they are showing on various.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The rooms are very small and congested, not comfortable at all. I had already booked for early check-in, but they still charged me an extra , which was very disappointing. Overall, not worth the price and service.

They gave us a uncleaned room (I forgot the room no.)with lots of hair on the pillow and bedsheet (that's mean they didn't even clean the room properly after the checking out procedure of the previous customer)... Firstly, they gave us a room on which the AC and the TV were not working properly... After objecting on that issues they allotted us that uncleaned room... I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel to stay in new delhi... They didn't even asked for room service for the next day, as we have stayed for 2 consecutive days... The location of that hotel is also not good at all... It's in a narrow lane... There're many good hotels around that area, do choose them... I'm repeating again, do not stay on this hotel... Very pathetic experience

The hotel was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and well behaved. They have a lot of food options, I would personally recommend their Egg and Chicken Thali, Chicken Manchurian is also a must try.
