Bad location, unhygienic conditions

We ended up not staying at the hotel after looking at the location, the access to the hotel and the linen in the rooms. It didn’t look safe at all for a family stay! We rushed out of that place and went to a different hotel which I chose NOT to book through MMT.

Terrible Stay

Very poor condition of the room. Walls of the room were damaged with moisture. Door locks were broken. Though the main entry lock was working but the bathroom lock and handle were broken. TV was not working. for the last two days. Bathroom Light was broken. No of hit water in the bathroom. The bucket kept in the bathroom was too dirty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was too noisy. Staff was expecting tip for even providing towels in the room. Dinner was charged at a higher rate with 10% of service tax that too on a rough slip bill. Overall the worst hotel experience
