I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Frankly, calling it a 3-star hotel is completely misleading. In reality, it doesn’t even deserve a single star rating — it feels more like a cheap, poorly managed chalu hotel. None of the basic amenities that one would expect from a 3-star property were provided. The rooms were substandard, the hygiene and cleanliness were extremely poor, and the facilities were either non-functional or completely missing. There was no proper service, no professional management, and no sense of hospitality. The way the property is presented online or in advertisements is totally different from the reality. Guests are promised 3-star comfort, but in return, they are made to stay in an environment that is uncomfortable, unsafe, and below even budget hotel standards. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise others not to get misled by its false claims of being a 3-star hotel. It’s a total waste of money and peace of mind. 👉
