service was little slow and rooms were normal size but bathroom was not clean and staff was not up to mark

nice location, great food, prompt room service. Clean rooms and toilet... towels changed daily... bedsheets were clean and fresh...

I loved staying at this hotel, Mr. Bhatt at the reception was very helpful and a true gentleman, Mr. Kaushal at the buffet area is an asset as I had so much food before leaving for a flight. Kudos to the entire team.

Cleaning is not good. In room and washroom

They provide us ground floor room and not provide package water, Provide regular water which not good for us because we regularly had hard water, And not provide any body lotion

Pros location is good, breakfast spread was good, restaurant serves good quality and tasty food. Cons- many rooms don't have windows, they should provide some more usables like shower cap, tooth kit as room was book for 3 people they provide only one set and they don't replenish it after room cleaning. I have to call many times to get shower cap.. or towels. After asking for two set they gave only one. They should work on this aspect.

it was a pleasant stay at the hotel located at a walking distance from NDLS railway station, staff behaviour was very nice even they gave us an upgraded room, room was very clean and was extremely comfortable. overall it was a comfortable stay. I didn't had food at the property

The food is excellent, room service is also good, very nearest to the railway station, convenient extra bed also provided, the only thing is with the washroom a bad smell is coming even after cleaning....
