Hotel Cottage Ganga Inn

The food was good, the location was quite difficult to locate and I had to pay extra finding it as it was off the main road. Regarding the facilities were minimal as it was the rainy season so towels were not dried up for use, but overall good.

Located in very polluted area. Receptionist behaviour is very rude. And they have charge me for just a water bottle which is free in hotels. Dirt and stains on washroom taps. And blanket are smell badly

It is not good as excepted, not suitable for family, no proper facilities are provided, building is old

Drinking water is not provided, hot water is also not given. Remaining room, bed and receiving are also good. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cheap type hotel, unclean and unhygienic, not for family, dirty wash room, dirty room, kitchen not available

Hotel location was not good. E rickshaw also refused to enter this street. Bathroom was not good. Flush was broken not working properly. Roof cement plaster fall down at room as well as bathroom. Bathroom has one open space which pasted in paper. No warm water supplied. Tv also not working.

Worst experience with dirty toilets & non hygiene bed towels are also not hygiene feeling body ache in morning due to non comfortable bed.

Good room service and also beautiful room and staff was also very good and food was also good and bathroom was clean

Service is excellent and good amenities and easy location near all locations like metro, railway station

the location is in slum and not a good area for a family. The food was awful and services provided were minimum.

This stay was for one night and we booked a deluxe ac room with twin beds and an extra room with double bed. The rooms were so clean and everything was maintained well. Had a pleasant stay

Good accommodation provided by staff , proper water supply, room is also neat and clean

Hotel is good, near to the metro station. Room and washroom were clean. Only issue which i faced was related to ac. Ac of my room was not working.

Hotel service will be satisfied but the room that provide is too small we are 4 members they provide only 3 members bed & locations will be worst at all.

Room is old, clean is average, nice staff, help full, food is arranged from outside by hotel staff. Need some improvement

I asked hot watar again and again for bath but no reply also they swich of air conditioner at night poor service.
