Hotel O Paharganj Near Railway Station Formerly Chand Palace

the room was not good ... washrooms were really terrible and when I asked the manager for cleaning he said that the cleaning staff were not available....even there were so many cockroaches in the room.... really cleaning was horrible....my suggestion is that don't book this hotel .... room was jst average.... isi same price me dusra acha location hotel mil jaate so kindly avoid this hotel.... they are also responsible they should check about the hotels also that how they are maintaining everything...

The location of the hotel was very hard to find, even google maps was showing wrong address, and even when I reached there through a mobile taxi I was dropped at a wrong location and as I was not able to find the hotel through Google maps I asked the locals about the address of the hotel. When I found the hotel and did check in in the hotel I was just handed the keys and asked to go to the room, there was no person to guide me and then when I reached the room the room was clean but was disappointed with the washroom the wash basin was broken and I wasn't even provided a soap and towel, when asked them about it, then I was provided with soap and towel, It felt like it was my duty to ask the things that they must provide. The ceiling fan wasn't working properly and there were random noises in the room through out the stay. According to my experience it wasn't worth it paying Rs.1500 for a 24 hr stay in this hotel.

bad location, unhygienic, Dirty room, dirty Bathroom. bedsheets were stained... staff was okay, but no service took almost half an hour for bringing water

Rooms are big but have coacroach problem. Staff behaviour is not so good as one hour late booking they charge money
