This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The *AC stopped working in the middle of the night*. I had *no landline phone* in my 4th floor room to even call for help. When I went down at midnight to report it, the staff told me I was “mistaken” — only to realize later that I was right. Did I get an apology? *No.* Instead, someone was *supposed* to bring a spare phone that never worked and never even arrived. Zero follow-up. Zero concern. The *staff was unbelievably rude*, dismissive, and clearly untrained in handling even basic issues. And if you look at other reviews, you’ll see the *owner replies with the same copy-paste apology every time*. It’s all for show — nothing ever improves. *This place is not just mismanaged — it’s dangerous and mentally exhausting.* I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — not even for free.

Fabulous! My stay here was amazing. I booked through the app and I must say, huge value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and polite.
