Room was neat and cleaned and staff was very cooperative . We stayed with family and we felt comfortable .

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Despite holding a Black membership, I was charged ₹1000 for just a 30-minute early check-in, which felt unreasonable. The room provided was quite small, and instead of a proper double bed that I requested, they had joined two single mattresses, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the room service was very poor and always delayed. Overall, it did not meet the expectations I had from this property.

Excellent hotel with great food and ambience and loved my stay in the hotel.The staff is very courteous and polite.

The room was very dirty, there was a bad smell. When I checked in, the washroom was used, someone had used the toilet. I called the reception and said that the washroom is dirty, the duty manager said to flush it and go to sleep. There was no staff. They asked for a bottle of water. They charged Rs. 200 for 1 litre of Bislery at night. It is a very useless hotel.

The service was very poor. Blockage in draining of water un washrooms. Every day once go out after locking the door, you have to get the entry card recharged each and every time. I had to face lots of other problems there. The room allotted to me was also not in good condition. I also faced problems with in-room dining.I did not like this hotel and I will avoid staying in this hotel in future.

Location is good with huge parking space, food is costly. Rest all is good

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I stayed at this hotel for two days, and honestly, it was a very bad experience. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained. The furniture, bathrooms, mirrors everything looks worn out. Even the air conditioners don’t work properly. It was very uncomfortable. The only good thing was the staff. The hotel and restaurant staff were polite, helpful, and did their best. My issue is not with them they were good.

Loved Staying here, Recommend for those who are looking for peaceful property.

we stayed 2 nights. hotel is an old property. it could be kept well maintained. staff are nice, food is excellent except that lot of flies were flying in the restaurant area. prices are very moderate.
